1.1 AI Data Processing

High Privacy Guarantee: When you use the High Privacy setting, your conversations are processed only to generate responses. They are never used to train or fine-tune AI models. We select providers who explicitly commit to not using your data for model training.

If you switch to Relaxed mode, some providers may save prompts for their own quality assurance and model improvement purposes. You can change your privacy level at any time in your account settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
To analyze usage trends and optimize the Service;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

2.1 Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics solution. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track individual users across websites. We use aggregated, anonymized data only to understand overall usage patterns. We do not sell or share this data with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:

You also have the freedom to remove most of your information directly from the app, but if you want to have specific infomration removed please reach out to us at [email protected] with the details of your request and we will assist you.

You can delete your data at any time directly from your account settings. This includes your conversation history, attachments, and account information. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Data Removal Requests

To request the removal of your personal data from our systems, please follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Removal Request"
Include your account email address and any other identifying information
Clearly state that you want all your personal data removed from our systems.

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you once completed.
